Emperor John and Empress Queen Cougar are excited to get their year started and kick off their year with a party!

Aside from investing their court members with titles, we will also be celebrating the successful year of Imperial Crown Prince Nathan D'aguiar and Imperial Crown Princess Mx. Kiki Krunch. Emperor John and Empress Queen Cougar will also be announcing and crowning this year Imperial Highnesses.

Tickets can be purchased online for on Eventbrite here. General admission is $25, and VIP tickets (light bites and preferred seating) are $50. You may also purchase at the door for $30.

This fundraiser centers women, trans women, and femmes, while welcoming people of all genders who love, support, and uplift feminine energy. Together, we’ll create an evening rooted in celebration, visibility, and collective care — right in the heart of the Castro.

The first stop will be to Castro Street and Market Street for the Annual Monarchs Cleaning of the Jose Sarria Plaque (a tradition founded by Emperor John Carrillo) and the Absolute Empress Veil Ceremony. From there we will depart to Woodlawn Cemetery for the Emperors Annual Pilgrimage Event.

This is a free event with limited space on the bus, so please arrive early to claim a seat.

The Original Riot Girls - An Evening at Compton’s

Please join candidate for the Office of Emperor John Brett as he hosts a discussion panel with Collette LeGrande and Donna Persona, co-writers of the immersive theatrical experience, The Compton’s Cafeteria Riots. Based on the story of the 1966 uprising in San Francisco’s Tenderloin that marked a seminal act of collective resistance in the ongoing fight for transgernder rights, Collette and Donna were regulars to the Compton’s Cafeteria and share their stories about being there and their need to create the play to share this important piece of history.

Additionally, we will have Chris Steele/Polly Amber Ross, who plays Vicky in the show, performing a monologue from the play. Complimentary champagne and/or sparkling cider toast to celebrate the evening.

Through grassroots organizing, advocacy, and deep community engagement, Mission Action SF tackles the root causes of injustice to create lasting social change.

Mission Action SF also recently launched Jazzie’s Place, a groundbreaking shelter designed specifically to serve the LGBTQ community. This affirming space responds to the disproportionate barriers LGBTQ people face in securing housing and is committed to providing safety, dignity, and a welcoming environment where all sexual orientations and gender identities are celebrated.

We know that the Empress can paint herself, but how do you think you’ll do? Join ICP Todd Hotty for his 2nd Annual Paint and Sip Night!

For a suggested donation of $10, we’ll give you a canvas, brushes, and paint, and you’ll bring your creativity to paint a portrait of Empress Afrika America. Don’t think you’ll have the skill? Think adult coloring book, where you fill in the blank space between the lines…or go as wild outside of the lines that you want to!

While this isn’t a contest, Afrika may have her own favorite. And getting on her good side is never a bad thing. So come out for some fun and one of our last fundraisers of 2025!

If you look up the definition of “folly”, you’ll find “lack of good sense; foolishness” while the type of Folly for entertainment is “a type of lavish, extravagant theatrical revue featuring elaborate costumes, music, comedy, and dancing”. Which one will you get during our monthly fundraiser? You know we hate to choose, so let’s give you both!

Join Prime Minister John Brett and Prime Minister Anthony White for a festive afternoon of fun! They’ll be taking over this month, and bringing you some fabulous entertainment from Imperials, Ducals, and community members. No one is safe, and no one will leave without having a good time!

Drag, performances, singing, Jell-O shots, raffle prizes, maybe a sing-a-long, and...who knows what else will occur. Like we said, foolishness is on the table so get ready for anything!

Net proceeds and 90% of gross raffle ticket sales benefit the Monarchs Administrative Fund, which is part of the Imperial Council of San Francisco (a 501c3 non-profit in the state of California). Funds raised will count towards the Monarch’s Charity Funds total.
