Formal Imperial State Funeral is Requested
Empresses of San Francisco: Mourning Attire, State Coronet covered by a black veil.
Emperors of San Francisco: Dark suites or formal leather with Emperors medallion, Laurel Leaves and gloves.
Titled Ladies of the Court: Dresses or slacks in mourning colors, veils are optional.
Titled Gentlemen of the Court: Dark jackets and slacks or formal leather.
Non-Binary Titlesholders of the Court: Funeral Appropriate Attire.

Immediately Following the Services, please join the Imperial Family in Hayes Valley for a Celebration of Life Honoring Empress Marlena starting at 2:00P outside where Marlena’s Bar was previously located 488 Hayes Street).
With Special Appearances by Empress Galilea hosting the Return of the Hayes Valley Follies starting at 2:30P. Followed by Performances of San Francisco Imperial Monarchs at 3:30P hosted by Emperor John Carrillo and Empress Misty Blue

What we do

The Imperial Council of San Francisco, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Corporation in the State of California.

Our purpose is to collect charitable contributions from individuals and organizations, to distribute those contributions to other not-for-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit charitable organizations, and to have fun while doing it.

Our Mission

The Imperial Council of San Francisco hosts and participates in a variety of entertainment and educational events, and activities to raise monies, which support the causes of other diverse community-based charitable organizations that do not discriminate based upon race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnic background.

Our intent is to allow membership to any individual or organization. Though our primary membership is drawn from the LGBT culture we believe everyone has the right of inclusion and the desire to help their community.
